Putri Salju

Masih di resep keramat, kali ini adalah...

Putri Salju

Bahan :
200 gr kacang tanah tanpa kulit ari , sangrai, lalu tumbuk
400 gr margarine
150 gr gula halus
50 gr keju parut
500 gr tepung terigu

Taburan : 200 gr gula halus

Cara membuat :
- Kocok margarine dan gula halus
- masukkan keju parut, terigu, dan kacang tumbuk
- aduk sampai rata
- cetak, biasanya berbentuk bulan kecil
- oven selama 15-20 menit sampai matang
- Dinginkan. Setelah dingin taburi gula halus

Catatan : kacang tanah bisa diganti dengan kacang mede

1 Mix butter, margarine dan sugar, blend until soft
2 Fold in cashew nut & flour
3 Keep dough in fridge
4 Cut cookies small
5 Put in a tray and put in oven until brown
6 After cold fold in powdered sugar
7 Keep in a tight jar
